Mitre currently only delivers to the UK and selected European and International territories.

Order Processing
- Your order will be carefully packaged and despatched.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is handed to our nominated carrier.
- Carriers typically do not deliver on Bank Holidays or weekends.

- VAT will be deducted for international orders as appropriate.

Customs & Duties
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Mitre is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, and our customers may pay for these in full. Mitre has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies may vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. If you choose not to pay the applicable customs charges, Mitre will refund you for any goods returned to it in a resalable condition less any charges it incurs as a result. If, however, you do not elect to return the goods to Mitre, it is possible that Customs will not release the goods and Mitre will not be able to process a refund.

Returns Policy
General Conditions
- Return unused products within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be returned in their original condition.
- Use secure packaging and include the original packaging when possible.
UK Returns
- Complete the returns form here.
- Instructions will be sent by email once the form has been completed.
- Ensure the parcel is packaged securely and dispatched within 14 days.
Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving the item. Delivery charges are only refunded if you cancel under your statutory rights or return faulty goods.
International Returns
Return costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Clearly mark packages:

Statutory Rights (UK Only)
Under UK law, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order. If cancelled in full, we’ll refund your product and standard delivery cost.
Products must be returned within 14 days of cancellation notice. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the products.
Faulty items can be rejected within 60 days or returned for repair/replacement.
Order Discrepancies
If your order is incorrect, please follow the returns process. Replacements will be issued at no extra cost.
Dispute Resolution
You may use ADR via The Retail Ombudsman or the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Mitre is not obligated to use ADR and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
